Mama Moringa Herbal Nutrients and A A Healing Arts Society are organization that have determined, through research into herbal remedies over the last 30 years, that there are many natural healing products with great efficacy.  They have developed a line of herbal products based on the research findings.  These products are marketed under the brand name, Mama Moringa Herbal  Nutrients.

Our healing philosophy states that disease begins in the accumulation of toxic waste products in the body, and that cleansing of these waste products must be primary to the treatment and cure of any disease.  Toxic accumulation of waste products in the liver and colon contribute to the weakening of the immune system, which then allows virus and bacterial infestation to overwhelm the body.

Our recommendation is to cleanse the toxic waste accumulations from the body, then nourish the immune system and the body back to health.  This is done with a number of cleansing herbs and a dietary regime of natural foods and herbal supplements that give real nourishment to the cells.

This system, if followed as recommended, should show remarkable results and a real turn-around in the health of most individuals.  Within six months to one year, if this regime is continued as recommended, a person should appear to be his/her normal healthy self.



Following are the Twelve Steps to Healing:

Moringa/Nebedaye Power Plus
— Take 1 tablespoon 3 times daily

Immune Builder — Take one tablespoon 3 times daily

Cat’s Claw — Take 1,000 mg 3 times daily

Colon Clenz — Take one cup at bedtime

Liver Tonic and Cell Cleanser — Drink 3 cups daily, either before or after meals.
Drink 8-10 glasses of pure water daily — Drink 2—3 glasses of fruit or vegetable juices.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables only, mostly raw, for the first two to four weeks, then add whole grains, 3 meals and 2 snacks daily.  We have a suggested meal plan (Survival Guide for the New Age/New World Order) that we encourage everyone to follow.

Take Sea Veggie Supplement which contains multivitamin and minerals as well as essential fats
1. Exercise daily, at least 30 minutes; walking is the best form of exercise.
2. Meditation, or quieting the mind is necessary for healing as well.  This can be accomplished through meditation exercises or quiet, relaxing music.
3. Keep busy helping others with whatever you are good at, sharing your unique talents.  Self-confidence and self-esteem are great natural healers.
4. Prayer is the most healing activity of all.

Diet Plan to overcome any physical dysfunction

It is necessary to cleanse toxins from the body, release excess mucous from the body, cleanse the colon of waste, add more oxygen to the blood, and change the food you eat to make the blood more alkaline rather than acidic.  Cancer nor any other condition can survive in an alkaline blood environment that is rich in oxygen.  Therefore, dietary changes must be made if any treatment is to be successful. 

Eliminate all white flour products, i.e., breads, cracker, rolls, biscuits, cakes, donuts, cookies.  Use 100% whole grain bread, etc. only
Eliminate all white sugar products, i.e., as above, including candies, added sugar to any food.  Use honey, maple syrup and maple syrup powder instead.  Do not use artificial sweeteners as they are more dangerous than sugar
Eliminate junk food and fast foods, especially those cooked in hot oil or animal fat, such as French fries, potato chips, corn chips, tortilla chips 
Eliminate dairy products; you may use a small amount of butter instead of margarine, trans fats and hydrogenated oils
Eliminate red meat, any flesh treated with antibiotics or hormones (chicken, turkey)
Eliminate sodas, any carbonated drink, any artificially sweetened drink or dairy drink





What to eat?

Whole grains, including wheat, rye, barley, corn, brown rice, oats, buckwheat, millet

Green leafy vegetables — Collards, turnips, kale, mustard, spinach, cabbage, lettuces
All fruits — At least 4-6 servings daily.  Eat 2-3 apples daily., followed by a glass of water.  Avoid concentrated juices, add water to fruit juices to lower natural sugar content in juices

Nuts, including peanuts, almonds, sunflower seed, sesame, pumpkin seeds, pecans, cashews, brazil nuts, walnuts

Beans and peas, including pintos, red beans, navy beans, lima beans, butter beans, lentils, black beans, chick peas, mung beans, pigeon peas, non-GMO soy beans, any and all beans and peas for protein.

Fats, including extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil,  flax seed oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil, sesame seed oil, fish oils.




What to drink?

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily — without fail.  This does not include juices or teas.  This means that you will urinate a lot — this is very good to help to eliminate toxins.

Herbal teas
— especially those for cleansing and detoxifying the colon, liver and blood.

Exercise daily — even if it is just a walk around the block, yoga, jump rope, swimming, or water aerobics, exercise is great for everyone and is especially good for older persons with arthritis or any form of intense pain with movement.  Sweating helps to eliminate toxins from the body, thus aiding the kidneys in removing toxins.
